Light wind acitivities

We are back home from Kalajoki. We met a lot of kitesurfers, had fun on the beach and enjoyed activities like SUP, volleyball and skimboard. We watched the snowboarding competition and used longboards on the camping area (I decided once and for all that I have to buy a longboard for myself). But we did not get any wind at all. We were able to kitesurf a while saturday morning, but then the wind dropped completely and the competition was cancelled. That’s the boring part about kitesurfing – you are so dependent of the wind.

But we enjoyed the beautiful beach, the nice company and the funny activities instead.

We are leaving to Helsinki this evening, but before we are going to Storsand to catch some wind! May the North Stomsandwind be with us!
